Please see below for the dates and amounts: Take note a 1.5% credit card surcharge ($4.82) will be distributed across your payment plan amount by accounts team.

A reminder that the program includes the following:
- 4 x 120 min Weekly Training Sessions (6 locations to choose from)
- Combine Testing Session (2 locations to choose from)

- DFS Elite PTP Training Single
- Option to add on purchase the video kicking analysis ($75)
