KICKING PROGRAM
Introduction
Below is your Training Plan and Personal Training Diary. Make sure to download and have ready to fill in once you begin the Kicking Program.
The Kicking Program is a 20 session program, completed over a duration of 5 weeks. You will complete 2 days (ideally Wednesday & Friday), each day will consist of an AM session and a PM session (so 4 sessions a week).
